Easter holiday support for vulnerable families

The Holiday Activities and Food HAF programme for the Easter holidays is now live.
The programme is aimed at families in receipt of benefits tested free school meals, these families have all been sent a HAF Code to enable them to book activities.
Additionally, we can offer places to vulnerable families with the following criteria:
  • Allocated SW
  • Allocated FSW
  • Open EH plan
  • Young carer
If you are working with families who meet this criteria, please contact the HAF team for a code.  The code can then be used by the parent to book a HAF place direct with a setting in Warwickshire.
We are working with over 70 providers across Warwickshire to offer a range of activities for Easter including multi sports, dance, gymnastics, arts, crafts, equestrian, drama.
The HAF Easter Activities can be found on the top right hand side of this page:
The age range for HAF is from 5 to 16, and each child is eligible to attend up to 4 days of activities over the Easter holidays.
All the providers are offering accessible activities.  If a child may need additional support to attend, this will need to be discussed with individual providers who are able to access additional funding to support a child with additional needs.
For any queries regarding the HAF programme please contact the HAF team at hafprogramme@warwickshire.gov.uk.
